Alaska Web Factory maintains an open policy for all site maintenance activities. Once the site is active, the client has the option of doing their own updates or using the services of Alaska Web Factory.

Our plan is simple, just let us know what needs to be done and you will be charged in one minute increments for work performed. No minimums, just an honest billing for work performed.

Some clients maintain their own site. But as a backup, Alaska Web Factory keeps a copy of the original site on file. It is just one of those just in case things. Alaska Web Factory provides this as part of our commitment to client customer service. It is just part of the package; plain and simple!
